I chose this place because they are open on Saturdays which is very convenient with my work schedule since I work 8-5, Monday-Friday. Dr. Arceneaux is amazing and so lovely. She is very thorough and does an awesome job! The receptionist is super nice and very helpful! Everyone I’ve encountered here has been lovely to work with! I was able to get my glasses from here and I love them. I was previously given an estimate of 2 weeks of when they would be ready but it only took them one. Which fell right on the day I had to come back for my contact lenses follow up which worked out great! Thank you so much for everything!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Arcineaux. She was thorough, nice and most of all extremely patient. She took the time to understand things that i was going through, my vision and asked me tons of questions that no other eye doctors have asked before. We talked about all the issues I have with my sight, dizziness and uses for glasses and never in my 48 years has anyone been so thorough and checked my eyes for prism glasses. They have a large selection of glasses from all brands and styles and return time on the lenses are super fast compared to others.

Doctor Lai considers every aspect and detail in the eye exam thoroughly. He is very patient with all the questions. He provides detailed information but more importantly put things into contexts so that the patient can more easily understand the situations, influences, and considerations. The staff are all helpful, friendly, and efficient.

You won’t find a better optometry practice anywhere else! I’ve been a patient for decades and it’s been a five star experience for me from day one. Dr. Lai is so personable it’s almost like visiting an old friend, however, his prescriptions for my contacts and glasses are always 💯 dead on!

The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Lai explained everything about the tests on my eyes and knew all my history even though it had been 2 years since I had seen him. Dr. Sharon Ho is incredibly kind and attentive, and she answers questions with genuine enthusiasm. I came in for a contact lens exam, and she made sure the fit was exactly right for my prescription. She also provided trial lenses so that I could try different options and decide what worked best for me. I really appreciated the time she took to explain the science behind my symptoms. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Mai and the staff are excellent. I have been going here since 2017 and been extremely satisfied with the annual exams and the service with my glasses. The service/support for my glasses has been excellent over the years (adjustment to the frames etc). Highly recommended.

Been here three times now, and it’s bar none the best optometry place I’ve ever been. Have met 2 different doctors and both were wonderful. Front office staff were efficient and very friendly. In and out very quickly, and they deal with my insurance so really all I have to do is show up for a few minutes once a year. They send the contacts to my house too!! My third visit got extra complicated because my husband's job/insurance was changing and the office staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, they even found me a same day appointment to avoid me missing the deadline before the insurance change. Most impressed with this office and grateful for their kindness!

I really appreciate Dove Canyon Optometry. A couple years ago they spotted a problem with my eyes that led to me getting some necessary treatment and helped me prevent more issues with my eyesight down the line. Really thankful for their help with that, and their thoroughness whenever I go in for an appointment. Oh, and the whole staff is always really nice!

Dr. Fogg & Dr. Barseghian are both excellent ODs. The service is exemplary, I never have to spend too much time in the waiting room, and the staff is kind and wonderful. I have seen Dr. Barseghian for most of my adult life when she was at her previous office.

Dr Loh and the Staff are super helpful. A big dog chewed up my eye glasses the other day and I needed an urgent appointment and a pair of new glasses. Global Eyecare scheduled me in before the Holidays, and I’m impressed by their professionalism, advanced equipment and genuinely wanting to help. Highly recommend!

First time seeing Dr Cheng. I thought she was great!! She explained results of my tests, gave me tips of preventative Eyecare. She was personable and had a great sense of humor.

I can’t thank Dr. Pham and the entire team enough for their truly exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions refilled when the insurance turns them down time and time again. They legitimately never give up and keep me updated constantly for which I’m sincerely grateful. Hands down the best customer service and quality care of any company I’ve literally ever experienced by far.

Alex is so friendly. My exam was quick, they were transparent about the non-covered and co-pay costs upfront without me asking. The post exam glasses selection was easy and Alex worked within my budget. Super friendly and easy experience. This is my annual eye exam location and I would recommend it to everyone!
