Dr. Ozaki’s expertise in the field of optometry stretches over 35 years in clinical experience and private practice. His goal at Optometric Images is to ensure that each of his patients maintains healthy eyes, providing them with their best vision possible and empowering them to look their best in their choice of eyewear or contact lenses. His knowledge and experience includes the fitting of all types of contact lenses. He is licensed in the treatment of ocular disease, and is very involved in the care and management of Lasik refractive surgery. His ability to communicate with patients is one of his strongest attributes.
Dr. Ozaki was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He did his undergraduate education at City College of San Francisco and the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984 from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry. After practicing in several vision clinics in the South Bay after graduation, he went into private practice with Dr. Ramsey and they opened their first office in San Ramon, CA in 1991. Their practice was relocated to Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA in 1994 and they have been practicing at their present location in Dublin, CA since 2003.
Dr. Ozaki’s outside interests are exercising, hiking, video games and watching sports. He is an avid fan of the Giants, the A’s, the 49ers, the Raiders, the San Jose Sharks, and the Golden State Warriors. He has been married to his wife, Debbie, for over 30 years.
